All pup or = dog sold=20 by Raffinankennel.com that will be used for breeding(s) and show = competition=20 purposes, whether by a individual, hobby breeder or by a professional, = is the=20 buyer=92s sole judgment and choice. We don't raise pups to be sold as = breeders,=20 but when a breeder does buy pup(s) from us with the intention to have = litters to=20 sell, its buyer=92s responsibility. Over bites, joint problems, and = testicle=20 problems or any other cosmetic defects might show up as an adult and = those=20 should not be passed on to the wanted offspring and is not guaranteed . = It took=20 many, many years for us to get and use great breeding stock. When we = first=20 started breeding Pomeranians, we found the above statements to be = painfully=20 correct and true when it comes to raising pups. To the best of = the=20 breeders knowledge this puppy/dog is free of disease and defects at the = date of=20 this sale. Any estimated grown weight under 6 months is only my best = guess and=20 not a guarantee number.

A health certificate will be obtained for the puppy/dog traveling out = of=20 state by air. The buyer has 48 hours from the time of delivery to have = the=20 puppy/dog checked by the veterinarian of their choice at the buyer's = expense. If=20 the buyer's vet exam reveals that the puppy/dog is sick or diseased or a = genetic=20 defect is found and a vet of the breeder's choice concurs with the = diagnosis.=20 The buyer may return the puppy/dog to the breeder at the buyer's = expense. Notice=20 of intent to return must be given to the breeder within 48 hours of the = date of=20 this sale along with a statement in writing from the buyer's vet as to = the=20 health problem. This puppy/dog is sold with no warranties, either = expressed of=20 implied, in AS IS condition with no guarantees other than those stated = herein. A=20 replacement puppy/dog will be made when one becomes available, and a = replacement=20 is the only option. No veterinary bills will be paid by the breeder. It = is the=20 sellers responsibility to sell a healthy puppy that will hopefully live = a long=20 happy life. It is the buyers responsibility to see that it stays healthy = and=20 safe. If the purchaser chooses to resell this dog, then this guarantee = is not=20 valid for the next owner. If any legal actions are brought against = Raffinan=20 Kennel the litigation must be in the jurisdiction of Pinellas County in = the=20 state of Florida. The purchaser will assume any and all veterinarian = costs and=20 will waive charging any vet cost against Raffinan Kennel.. Like = children=20 they need food, rest, exercise and tender loving care. The buyer does = not have=20 the privilege to change the terms of this contract.
